"We had a great experience with this company, but more importantly this location. Our representative was Cait and she was great to work with. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. The process to change insurance companies was easy thanks to her. I also loved the friendly dog that is there. The owner was very polite to make sure we were comfortable with the pet. It made the experience even more fun. I highly recommend stopping by this location to see what they can do for you :)"

"No matter how silly my questions are, I always get a correct and professional answer. This office is always accommodating and friendly. The policy price is definitely worth the coverage amounts I receive for auto."

"I have called in due to a policy chance I did not authorize. I have been told they would fix the issue due to I was overcharged and it was a error on State Farms end. I have called numerous times ( around 6) and a four week timeframe and was told to pay the current bill and next bill would show the credit. Still to this day I have not recieved the full credit and I have been told three occassions I would be getting a call back. Not once have they met that promise. Very Disappointed."
