"Oh my goodness!!! I just got off the phone with Telesa (probably messed up her spelling). I have a home and MANY cars insured with Mike Lee State Farm. I started insuring home and house with him years and years ago. I think what may have sent me to him was a young lady back from college borrowed her dad's truck. She was leaving a medical facility/hospital & was evidently was tuning her car radio and ran into me. I actually steered my car out of the way but her truck hit my car. She had State Farm. I was not getting reimbursed in a timely fashion. I called a local office (Mike Lee) and he personally expedited things. I liked the service so much I then insured my house and cars(plural) with his State Farm Agency in Waterville Maine. Today I called with a few questions. Telesa (sp?) answered all of them. She saved me a significant amount of $$$. I need to rent a car and am now covered under State Farm, saving me a lot $$$ and eliminating any worries while I rent my car. EVERY EVERY person at his firm that has assisted me through the many years has been great! Well there is my review.
